Kutztown defeats PSAC East foe East Stroudsburg at Builder Invite

HAMPTON, Va. — Kutztown defeated East Stroudsburg 10-1 Sunday morning at the Builder Invitational. The game was a non-conference meeting between the PSAC East foes.

Darin Gorski (1-1) allowed one hit and one unearned run with four strikeouts in five innings pitched for the win. Trent Mertz went two scoreless innings, and Ryan Cassidy and Jason Herr each tossed a hitless frame. Herr fanned two.

Mike Kacelowicz was 3-for-5 with three RBIs and two runs. Chad Lightcap was 4-for-5 with a run, while Matt Kulbacki was 2-for-4 with a run and an RBI. 

Bill Hezel was the losing pitcher for the Warriors.
