against the Crimson Hawks. The Golden Bears lost 34-7 to IUP last
year.
Both teams started the season strong.
Kutztown (3-7 overall, 1-6 PSAC East) opened the season with
consecutive victories. The Golden Bears lost 42-17 last week on the
road to C.W. Post. Indiana (4-6, 1-6 PSAC West) won its first three

games including a 29-3 setback to Gannon last week. The defeat
secured IUP’s first losing season since 1982.
In their loss to C.W. Post, the Golden Bears
could not recover from a slow start in which they fumbled on their
first two offensive possessions. Redshirt freshman quarterback
Kevin Morton (Abington/Abington) completed 21-of-41 passes for
238 yards. Morton has thrown 11 touchdown passes since taking over
the starting job on Sept. 26.
Senior wide receiver Shane Martin (New
Holland/Garden Spot) led Kutztown with six catches for 60 yards.
Freshman wide receiver Dominick Massey (Abington/Abington)

McCormick (West Chester/East) caught his sixth touchdown pass of
the season, a 14-yarder midway through the third quarter.

DE/Concord) added to his single-season field goal school record
total by making a 38-yarder late in the first half. Dineen has made
15 field goals this season and 33 in his career.

per game (4.4). Dineen continues to be among the conference leaders.
He is first in field goals made (15), third in kick scoring (6.4),
fourth in punting (38.8) and seventh in overall scoring per game
(6.4). Senior running back Dontay Wilson (Stamford, CT/Stamford)
is eighth in the PSAC in rushing yards per game (64.0). Wilson is
the seventh leading rusher in Kutztown history with 2,079 yards.

Joel Irwin (Coatesville/Bishop Shanahan) is ninth in tackles
per game (8.2). Junior defensive lineman Kevin Bolinsky
(Ashland/North Schuylkill) leads Kutztown with 8.5, which is
tied for second in the PSAC and is tied for fourth in the conference
in tackles for loss per game (1.35). Junior defensive back
Khalief Evans (Philadelphia/Imhotep Charter) led Kutztown with
11 tackles in its loss to C.W. Post.

total offense, its lowest since gaining 94 versus Edinboro in 1981.

60 yards and was intercepted twice.
Tobias
Robinson rushed for 33 yards
for the Crimson Hawks and increased his career total to 2,142 yards.
Mychal
Skinner caught two passes and
became the 14th player in school history with 100 career receptions,
finishing the game with 101. The Crimson Hawks’ only points scored
last week were courtesy of a 21-yard field goal from kicker
Craig Burgess.
