Joe Kemmerer, at 133 pounds, won his second NCAA Division II title, defeating Shane Valko, of Pitt-Johnstown, in the final Saturday night at the University of Houston.

Joe Kemmerer won the 133 pound bracket at the 2008 East Stroudsburg Open on Saturday as the Kutztown University wrestling team opened the 2008-09 season.  Scott Snyder was third and Chris Chambers was fifth for the Golden Bears.
