to Liberty coaching staff

coaching job at Liberty University |
KUTZTOWN, Pa. (November 12, 2009) — Former Kutztown
University wrestling standout Joe Kemmerer has been hired to
join the Liberty University wrestling coaching staff.
Kemmerer signed on
as a graduate assistant starting with the 2009-10 Flames wrestling
season.
Kemmerer will bring
his knowledge to the three-time defending NCAA East Regional
champion Liberty program.
In his time at KU,
Kemmerer won national championships in 2007 and 2009 at the
133-pound weight class. He finished with an overall record of 60-4
and was the first Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference champion at
KU since 1942. In his 2009 title run, Kemmerer was 28-1 with four
pins.
