KUTZTOWN, Pa. (December 9, 2009) — Junior Chris Sheetz (Barto/Upper Perkiomen) and senior Scott Snyder (Slatington/Northern Lehigh) are each individual ranked by the NCAA Division II College Wrestling Rankings. (Complete Rankings)

Sheetz, pre-ranked eighth in the 125-pound weight class, has since moved up to fifth in his weight class. With his third place finish at the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Championship he will look to move up further in the upcoming rankings.

After transferring to KU from Delaware Valley College, Sheetz has compiled a 6-2 record with three pins. Sheetz was the national champion at 125 pounds for Division III last season.

Snyder entered the individual rankings last week at seventh at 197 pounds. This past weekend Snyder finished in fifth place at the PSAC Championship.

The Golden Bears will have return to action on Wednesday Janaury 6 for a dual at the University of Pitt-Johnstown after a month long break.
