Career
2009	As A Senior: Fitzgerald batted .367 in 59 starts at catcher for the Golden Bears. She was 61-for-166 with 12 doubles, 13 home runs, 45 RBIs and 34 runs scored. Fitzgerald drew 32 walks and struck out just seven times. She also stole a base. Fitzgerald was named to the All-PSAC East first team for the third straight year. She also was honored for the third consecutive year by Daktronics by being named a member of the All-Atlantic Region first team. 2008	As A Junior: Fitzgerald batted .427, while starting in 62 games. She tied for the team lead in homers with 16 and had 59 RBIs. She set the single-season school record in doubles with 23, breaking her 2007 record of 20. She had 35 runs scored.
