pitched six innings of four-hit ball and struck out nine in the
Golden Bears' loss to Bloomsburg.
Corey Buletza (so. St. Claire/Pottsville)
hit two singles.
James Quigley (so. Bensalem/Bensalem)
and
Brett Wigder (so. Trumbull, Conn./Trumbull)
each had a single.

Mike Kacelowicz (jr. Orwigsburg/Blue Mountain)
hit a grand slam in KU's win over Bloomsburg.
Kacelowicz
finished
the game 2-for-4 with five RBIs.
Trent Mertz (so. Kutztown/Kutztown)
pitched six innings, allowing two runs on four hits while striking
out three to earn the win.
Mike Bucklin (jr. Shillington/Governor Mifflin)
allowed only one hit and struck out two, earning his sixth save of
the season.
Shayne Houck (fr. Boyertown/Boyertown)
finished the game 3-for-4 with three runs scored and a double, and
Michael Dugan (so. Ocean City, N.J./Ocean City)
was 2-for-4 with two runs scored.

to a ninth-place finish at the California Invitational.
Tressler tied for
16th place with a 167. She shot an 82 in the first round and an 85
on the final round.
Samatha Rumbley (so. Bel Air, Md./C. Milton Wright)
finished with a two-day total of 175 to place her 27th. After a
first round 90, she bounced back with a final round 85.
Chelsea Corbo (fr. Harrisburg/Central Dauphin East),
who shot a two-day score of 182 finished in a three-way tie for 42nd
place.

Denlinger
drew an
intentional walk to move her into sole possession of second place on
the NCAA Division II career walks list. She now has 142 and needs
three more to tie the all-time record.

her 11th win of the season, allowing one unearned run on six hits.
She struck out five in seven innings of work.
