Cross Country
Last Week's Action
SAT 9/19 - at Br. John "Paddy" Doyle Meet of Champions - Women 14th
place, Men 19th place - Becca Brandt (Cleona/Cedar Crest), finished
in 43rd place, crossing the finish line at 24 minutes 21 seconds.
Kristen Cupido (Bridgewater, NJ/Bridgewater-Raritan) finished in
47th place at 24:27. Christina Reimer (Chester Springs/Downingtown
East) crossed the line at this meet in 25:17. Freshman Lindsay Smith
(Bel Air, MD/C. Milton Wright), (26:46), and sophomore Jill
Kostishion (Hilltown/Pennridge), (26:50), finished back to back.
Sophomore Lindsey Ray (Barnegat, NJ/Barnegat) finished in 27:56.
Senior Becky Webb (Laurys Station/Parkland), and Jessica Frederick
(Whitehall/Whitehall), stuck together, finishing at 28:16. Senior
Lauren Ayars (Ocean Twp., NJ/Ocean Twp.) finished with a time of
28:34. Ben Loht (Lewistown/Indian Valley) completed the New York
course in 27 minutes 22 seconds. Junior Kevin Rodgers (Clifton
Heights/Upper Darby), crossed the line with a time of 27:53.
Sophomore Ryan Reich (Oley/Oley Valley) finished in 28:08. Frank
Nick (Kintnersvle/Palisades), crossed the line with a time of 28:12.
Eli Weeks (Pottstown/Owen J. Roberts), finished at 29:12.

Last Week's Action
TUE 9/15 - Shippensburg 2, KU 1 - Jenna Gregory (Phillipsburg,
NJ/Phillipsburg) scored the Golden Bears only goal, off of a
rebound, in a 2-1 loss to Shippensburg. Goalkeeper Emily Falko
(Catasauqua/Catasauqua) played solid in the cage for KU, making
seven saves.
SAT 9/19 - KU 4, Mansfield 3 (OT) - Carrie Healey (Toms River,
NJ/Toms River North) knocked in the game winner with 2:20 remaining
in the overtime to give KU a 4-3 win. Katie Brautigan (Bernville/Tulpehocken)
made two clutch defensive saves. Falko made 10 saves on the day.
Gregory had two first half goals, Courtney Zook (Oley/Oley Valley)
recorded the assist on her first one. Lauren Solley (Oley/Oley
Valley) capped off the first half scoring by putting a rebound into
the left corner of the cage.

Last Week's Action
9/19-20 - Mercyhurst Invitational 4th place - Chelsea Corbo
(Harrisburg/Central Dauphin East) led KU with a season-best 77,
giving her a two-day total of 161 and a ninth place finish. Samantha
Rumbley (Bel Air, MD/C. Milton Wright), tied for 13th after carding
an 83 for a two day total of 164. Freshman Mindy Glatfelter
(York/Eastern York) followed up her first round 84 with an 83 to
finish in 15th with a 165. Nina Antos (State College/State College)
stayed consistent at the invite, with an 88 on the final day,
raising her total to 174 and finishing 24th overall. Morgan Todd
(Flemington, NJ/Hunterdon Central) shot a 90 to give her a 179,
finishing 28th.

Last Week's Action
MON 9/14 - Wheeling Jesuit 2, KU 1 (OT) - Freshman keeper Alyssa
Hackelberg (Randolph, NJ/Randolph) made seven saves and Molly Cooper
(Palmyra/Palmyra) had an unassisted goal in a loss to Wheeling
Jesuit.
WED 9/16 - West Chester 2, KU 1 - Chelsea Bressler
(Cleona/Annville-Cleona) had an unassisted goal in KU's loss to West
Chester. Keeper Hackelberg made two saves.
SAT 9/19 - KU 2, Bloomsburg 1 - Bressler and Kelly Bushe (Neptune
City, NJ/Neptune) scored goals in a win over Bloomsburg. Hackelberg
made three saves.

six kills and three blocks in the loss.
FRI 9/18 - Edinboro 3, KU 0 - Katie Miller
(Elizabethtown/Elizabethtown) had five kills and two blocks. Brianna
Risch (Coatesville/Coatesville) had four blocks and Lindsey Smith
(Hanover/Delone Catholic) had 14 digs.
SAT 9/19 - Gannon 3, KU 0 - Katie Lutz (Greencastle/Greencastle
Antrim) had a team-high six kills and Risch had five kills. Dana
Wright (Warminster/Saint Basil Academy) had 12 assists and Jamie
Celia (Douglassville/Daniel Boone) had 14 digs.
