MILLERSVILLE,
Pa. — The Golden Bears took an early 1-0 lead and piled on eight
more runs in the fourth, fifth and sixth to down the Marauders 9-0
in six innings in the first game of their doubleheader Friday at
Pucillo Field.
Katlin Arbogast
(so. Ambler/Wissahickon) took care of the defense, holding
Millersville to just one hit and two walks. Arbogast struck out 12
in her 13th win of the season. It was her seventh double-digit

KU’s offense was
powered by four home runs, coming off the bats of Denlinger,

(sr. Narvon/Garden Spot).
The scoring,
however, opened up with an RBI single from Ashley Fitzgerald (jr.

fourth, plating Krista Tedjeske (fr. Summerhill/Forest Hills).
Cameron hit a
two-run homer in the fifth, bringing home Maria Schiavo (so. Old
Forge/Old Forge), who doubled to lead off the inning. Schiavo
