EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa. — Erin Waters had 18 kills to lead Kutztown to a come-from-behind 3-2 win over East Stroudsburg in the regular-season finale Thursday night.

KU won the first game 30-27, before ESU rattled off 30-21 and 30-18 wins in the next two games.  Kutztown evened the score with a 30-23 win in game four, before cruising to a 15-8 win in game five.

Waters added three blocks for KU. Lindsay Confer had 15 kills and Kelsey Nester had 14 kills and 11 blocks.  Katie Miller had nine kills and seven blocks.  Nicole Biuso had 27 digs and Austin Kinney had 53 assists and 10 digs.  Kaitlyn Cunliffe notched 21 digs and seven kills.

Kutztown improves to 27-8 overall, 8-2 in the PSAC East.  Kutztown will be the No. 2 seed from the PSAC East in the six-team conference playoffs Nov. 9-10 at Shippensburg. 

KU's quarterfinal match on Nov. 9 will be against the PSAC West No. 3 seed, which will be the loser of Saturday's Clarion/Edinboro match. The winner of that match is the No. 2 seed and will play the East's No. 3, either West Chester or Millersville. California (West No. 1) and Shippensburg (East No. 1) receive byes to the semifinals.
