LOCK HAVEN, Pa.
— The Kutztown University
women's volleyball team suffered a 3-0 loss to Lock Haven in the
teams' first Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Eastern Division
meeting.
Set scores were 25-19, 25-17 and 25-18.
Lock Haven, which switched from the PSAC
West to East this season, improves to 10-0 overall, 2-0 in the
division.
KU was led by
Katie Miller (jr. Elizabethtown/Elizabethtown), who had
eight kills and two blocks.
Lindsay Confer (so. Bellefonte/Bald Eagle Area) had five
kills and two blocks.
Jamie Celia (so. Douglassville/Daniel Boone) dished out 16
assists, while
Lindsey Smith (fr. Hanover/Delone Catholic) had 11 digs.
KU falls to 6-3 overall, 0-1 in
the PSAC East.
