KUTZTOWN, Pa. — Nationally ranked Indiana (Pa.) defeated Kutztown 80-58 in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference crossover Saturday afternoon at Keystone Hall.

The No. 9 Crimson Hawks (12-1) built a double-digit lead early in the first half, jumping out to a 12-2 lead, and never looked back.

The Crimson Hawks were led by four double-digit scorers in Lacey Claar (13), Erin Withers (11), Kierstin Filla (11) and Staci Heberling (10).

Indiana shot 57.6 percent from the floor, including a 6-for-9 clip from 3-point range to take a 47-23 halftime lead.

Vivian Melvin (so. Chichester/Chichester) led the Golden Bears (6-6) with 11 points.

Rachel Wisemiller (so. Hazleton/Hazleton) chipped in with nine points, while Meredith Starr (fr. Richmond, Va./Monacan) had eight points, six of which came on 3-pointers.

KU will return to the court at 1 p.m. Sunday against Clarion in another PSAC  crossover contest at Keystone Hall.
