Document on Student Rights & Welfare
To facilitate the development of high standards of mutual respect, integrity, and wholesome student development, reasonable minimal guidelines are essential. These are set forth in the Document on Student Rights & Welfare.

As a community of students, faculty, and staff, Kutztown University is committed to four Core Values that serve as the foundation for all Strategic Priority Goals.

Code of Conduct
The Kutztown University Code of Conduct includes information on the Development of Regulations, Incident Reports, Incident Report Forms, Major Violations, Sexual Offenses, and Other Violations.

Academic Honesty
Kutztown University is committed to the personal and intellectual growth of our students. Any acts of academic dishonesty are of the utmost seriousness. The goal of our Academic Honesty Policy and Procedures is to promote a climate of academic honesty for all individuals at Kutztown University.

Off-Campus Rights & Responsibilities
Kutztown University makes every effort to foster positive relations among off-campus students and permanent community residents as well as provide opportunities for students to become actively involved in off-campus civic, community, and social service organizations and causes.

Judicial Process
Any student accused of violating a Kutztown University regulation shall have the right to due process and to have his/her case considered.
