Appointments

Scheduling an appointment, which is strongly encouraged, may be done via our new on-line scheduling system or by contacting the clinical receptionist at 610-683-4082, Option 1. All walk-in visits will be evaluated and referred to the appropriate practitioner.

Physician Appointments:
On-site twenty hours per week by appointment only.

Emergency Care

Kutztown University's Clinical Services is not an emergency care center. The staff will administer first aid and stabilize an emergency condition until ambulance personnel arrive for transport. Students are referred to a nearby hospital or emergency center for emergency medical care. A local ambulance association is called to transport students for emergency care, and the cost of this transport is the responsibility of the student. Students may purchase membership to this local ambulance association. Upon membership, transportation costs provided by individual insurance coverage is accepted as full payment for service. For non-members, the ambulance association will expect full payment for services. Membership applications can be requested from Clinical Services.
