Clinical Services : Vaccine Appointments

2011-2012 Vaccine Fees (per dose): available only during the fall and spring semesters

$48.00		Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR)
$95.00		Chicken Pox (Varicella) (Available to international students only)
		Hepatitis B, Gardasil and Meningococcal Vaccines- The vaccines are not stocked in the clinic. If a currently enrolled student has a prescription filled at a pharmacy, it can be administered in Clinical Services for a $10 administrative fee.

No third-party billing will be done to an insurance company.

HOW TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT:

Contact Health Administrative Services at 610-683-4082, Option 2, then Option 2 again.
Your eligibility will be determined and an appointment will be scheduled. A miscellaneous health center fee will appear on your KU account approximately one week after the vaccine has been administered.

If a student will not be 18 years old at the time a vaccine is administered, a parent or guardian must provide written permission for the administration of the vaccine. Download the form here.
