  • Lifestyles of the College Student

     “Cold & Flu Awareness” an interactive informational display table

    “Five-A-Day” a workshop on planning and infusing vegetables and fruits in your daily meals

    “Games in the Yard” students design an obstacle course with tasks and challenges with a flare of completion

     “Germs!” highlights the importance of prevention practices

    “Got Milk” a workshop filled with vitamin D and milk mustaches

    “Healthy Mondays” start you week off with a personal health and prevention goal

    MyPyramid” an interactive informational display table

    “Pink Party” young women about breast cancer and about strategies for early detection

    “Stress Free” a workshop designed to assist students in the exercise of relaxation

     “Condom Obstacle Course” an interactive workshop designed for laughter and knowledge

    “Puff & Spit” tobacco addiction and the road to tobacco cessation

    “Tobacco Cessation” resources available to assist students in living a tobacco-free lifestyle
