
Mission: The David E. McFarland Student Union strives to be the
cornerstone of the campus community. The McFarland Student Union
shall provide the facilities, amenities and services to the
University community to encourage an open atmosphere that enhances
student life and the academic experience. The staff of the McFarland
Student Union shall foster an interactive environment with
students, staff, and faculty through formal and informal programs that
promote social development and educational exchange.
Services and Amenities for Commuters: The McFarland Student Union strives to be the home away from home for commuter students. There are a variety of facilities and services available everyday in one convenient location for all students on campus.
- Retail Services:
Cub Café, Taylor & Byrne's Café, Student Bookstore, PSECU - PA State Employees Credit Union "E" Center
- Facilities: Bear's Den Coffeehouse, Art Gallery, Cyber Lounge (e-mail stations), Computer Lab, Commuter Lounge, Fireside Study Lounge, Lobby Lounge, Outdoor Patio and Courtyard
- Amenities: ATMs (First National Bank of Fleetwood & PSECU), Snack and Soda Vending, Pay and Campus Phones, Data Ports (Lounges, Coffeehouse),
Wireless Internet Access, Bike Rack, Convenient Parking - metered lot w/ one hour max time.

- Information Center: Provides campus and directory information services, box office services, sells Bieber Bus tickets, mail drop service, NY Times distribution, lost and found service, locker rentals and much more.
