Stress Free Zone

MSU 223
Stress can build up during
the course of a semester and become more extreme during
preparation for final examinations. In an effort to help
reduce stress and re-fuel before finals, the
McFarland Student Union hosts a "Stress Free Zone" in
MSU 223 specifically for commuter and
adult students the week before finals. At the
"Stress Free Zone" students can relax with a free back
massage, and open dessert table.

How do we show our appreciation? With FREE COOKIES and COFFEE! Every
semester, the CSA, Student Union and Involvement Services Office (SUIS) and the Off Campus Advisory Council (OCAC) join to celebrate commuter students.
Before classes start, students are able to stop by and enjoy a free light snack.
