The McFarland Student Union provides a variety of venues for many different events such as meetings, lectures, conferences, dances, and banquets. Our facility is open to the entire Kutztown University and its Community.

Every event is important to the Office of Student Union & Involvement Services and we strive to make each event successful. To help us in reaching that goal our knowledgeable Staff is available to address your issues and needs.

Each venue area is equipped with the necessary furniture you might require, including rectangular tables, round tables, chairs and podiums. The venue area is configurable to various formations including classroom, lecture, sunburst, U-shape, and custom styles.

Our in-house audiovisual equipment include televisions, VCRs, DVD players, overhead projectors, slide projectors, screens, video/data projector units, conference telephone, internet access and easels. Available in designated venue areas are PA sound systems, corded microphones, wireless handheld and lavaliere microphones, a multimedia lectern and CD/Tape players. We have student production assistance that a customer may request at least one month prior to event and is based on student availability.
