WELCOMEThe Ombudsperson offers confidential, informal, independent, and neutral dispute resolution services to all members of the Kutztown University student community by providing information, advice, intervention and referrals in matters primarily of an academic nature. The mandate of the Ombudsperson at Kutztown University is to attempt to resolve issues informally or to guide students as issues proceed to more formal processes such as Academic Exceptions or the Grade Appeals Board. Mediation is the preferred means of handling disputes by the Ombudsperson.
