Kutztown University requires that all incoming new students complete the AlcoholEdu for Students program between their orientation program and the start of their first semester in August. This on-line, interactive program that students complete at their own pace is aimed at educating students on the effect of alcohol and to help prepare new students to make smart choices about alcohol. Kutztown University feels strongly that all students transitioning from high school take this course so they have a foundation of knowledge about alcohol and understand the impact that it may have on them physically and academically.
