Vehicle Registration Information

STUDENTS:

Students must pay to register vehicles online by accessing their student account via myparking.kutztown.edu with a credit card OTHER THAN VISA. Payments by cash or check are accepted by the Bursar's Office.

Permanent permits can be retrieved from the Public Safety & Police Services administrative office located in Old Main 13 (Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm).

All students must bring the top portion of the receipt that was printed upon registering their vehicle along with a valid state-issued driver's license and vehicle registration to Public Safety to secure their parking decal.

NOTE: Resident Freshman Student Parking

Freshmen students must submit a letter, or email, requesting to be allowed to park on campus. The request must indicate a need for a vehicle on campus and can be sent from a parent, or an employer.

FACULTY/STAFF:

Faculty and staff may register their vehicles in person at Public Safety & Police Services (Old Main Rm. 13) Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Another option is to print out the form below, fill out and send through campus mail. A copy of the driver's license and vehicle registration must be included. Staff Vehicle Registration Form.

(You must bring your driver's license and vehicle registration with you.)

CAMPUS VISITORS/GUESTS:

All vehicles that enter campus must have a parking placard displayed in order to park on campus. Visitor hang tags can be picked up from Public Safety and Police Services (Old Main Rm. 13) Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Also, campus departments may issue passes to guests/visitors be contacting Public Safety and requesting Visitor passes. These procedures apply.
