Associate Dean of the College of Visual and
Performing Arts
Kutztown University enrolls approximately 10,000 students in graduate and undergraduate programs. The University is located
adjacent to the borough of Kutztown in a charming rural
setting and is within 30 minutes driving time of the diverse metropolitan areas Allentown/Bethlehem and Reading, and within 60 minutes of the Philadelphia metropolitan area.

The College of Visual and Performing
Arts of Kutztown University invites applications for the
position of Associate Dean, a position which reports
directly to the Dean of the College. The Associate Dean will
serve as the primary manager of all undergraduate student
services, will coordinate accreditation processes and
requirements, will manage the implementation of outcomes
assessments, and will provide support and advice to the Dean
regarding various College issues. More details are available at

Successful candidates must have a
terminal degree in a discipline appropriate to the mission of the
College, a minimum of 5 years of full-time higher education
administrative experience highly desirable, knowledge of and
experience with assessment and accreditation processes, and
experience with managing budgets and analyzing quantitative data.
Candidates should also possess excellent oral and written
communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with
faculty, staff, administrators and students.
