Tenure Track Position in Special Education
Kutztown University enrolls approximately 10,000 students in graduate and undergraduate programs. The University is located
adjacent to the borough of Kutztown in a charming rural
setting and is within 30 minutes driving time of the diverse metropolitan areas Allentown/Bethlehem and Reading, and within 60 minutes of the Philadelphia metropolitan area.

Special Education Department – Faculty Position: Kutztown
University, Kutztown, PA, seeks applicants for one tenure-track
position in the Mentally and Physically Handicapped Program for Fall
2008. ABD in Special Education with the awarding of the Doctorate
in Special Education within one year of hire required; Doctorate in
Special Education preferred. Minimum three years of college-level
teaching experience or equivalent and three years public school
teaching experience with students with disabilities required.
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, teaching
undergraduate special education courses and clinical experience
supervision. Successful interview and demonstration lesson
required.
