The Department of Special Education at
Kutztown University invites applications for a tenure track position
in Reading Instruction beginning Fall 2012.
Requirements: ABD with completion of
the degree within one year of hire in Special Education
(doctorate preferred) or closely related field, college-level
teaching experience or equivalent, and experience with school-aged
students with high incidence disabilities with an emphasis in
reading instruction.
Responsibilities include: teaching undergraduate courses in special
education, including inclusion and methodology courses, and
supervision of student teachers.
Successful interview and demonstration lesson required.
