Letter to Students
The Kutztown University Health & Wellness Center will conduct mass H1N1 immunization clinics as follows:
- Friday, Dec. 4 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Student Recreation Center Seminar Room 200.
- Monday, Dec. 7 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Health and Wellness Center.
- Tuesday, Dec. 8 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Health and Wellness Center.
- Wednesday, Dec. 9 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in 250 McFarland Student Union.
- Thursday, Dec. 10 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Health and Wellness Center.
As an identified priority population, this “walk-in” clinic is free to KU students. Students younger than 18 years of age must have a signed consent from a parent or guardian (the form can be obtained from the Health & Wellness Center Web site).
