The primary objective of Kutztown University is to provide a stimulating and practical educational experience for its students which will enable them to secure meaningful employment and become productive citizens. To fulfill this objective, the University must utilize the most modern equipment available, and expose its students to the most dynamic learning opportunities and innovative leaders in their fields of study. Frequently, the funding which is required to meet this challenge is unavailable from the usual sources. As a result, the Deans of our four undergraduate colleges: Business, Education, Liberal Arts and Sciences and Visual and Performing Arts, are requesting support from the Business & Industry Campaign's Annual Fund to purchase new equipment and enroll students in a variety of creative training programs.
Phonathon
The Phonathon is the heart of the Annual Fund. This program runs during the academic year, employing over 40 students who call KU alumni, parents and friends to seek their gift in support of Kutztown University. It is KU's way of reaching out to its constituents -- updating them on events at the university and reconnecting them with their KU experience.
