Top 5 Golden Bear Network Broadcasts for 2000-01

The following are the top five Golden Bear Network broadcasts (as selected by the GBN staff) for the 2000-01 school year.  

The number one broadcast is the January 10 women's basketball thrilling win over Millersville, capped by Casey Reath's buzzer beater.  Number two is the October 7 football win over East Stroudsburg, including Alex Daecher's game-winning interception return for a TD and the KU defense's late-game heroics.  Number three is the Baseball doubleheader win over Mansfield on April 7, including Al Fitch's game-winning hit in game one.  Number four is KU's near-miraculous comeback against Millersville in football on September 23.  Finally, number five is the heartbreaking baseball loss to Slippery Rock on May 12 for the PSAC Championship, the loss overshadowing a standout pitching effort by Tim Buck.
