This is the form that the KU IDEA Task Force has recommended.
The IDEA Center has also prepared "Directions to Faculty," a document designed to help instructors fill out the Faculty Information Form.
To assist in the alignment process, The IDEA Center has also prepared two documents: (1) "Some Thoughts on Selecting IDEA Objectives" which contains ideas to consider in selecting objectives to target on Student Ratings of Instruction and (2) "Disciplinary Selection of Learning Objectives" which contains the percentages of classes that identified each of the 12 learning objectives used in Student Ratings of Assessment as important to their particular discipline.
This code is used to provide the disciplinary comparisons in the course report and helps identify your course. In some institutions, it may be helpful in developing a summary report for the department or discipline.
This is the Student Ratings of Instruction form currently in use at KU.
