
The ResNet helpdesk is located in Johnson
Hall room 15 (ground floor, west wing entrance). ResNet helpdesk
staff provide free computer/network support to all resident
students. They also provide support for the Beck Hall, Deatrick
Hall, Johnson Hall and Rothermel Hall computer labs. The ResNet
helpdesk is fully staffed during the Fall and Spring semesters
and can be reached from on-campus at x31310. Normal hours
of operation are:
