Accounts & Passwords
As a KU student, you are automatically assigned a variety of accounts that provide you with access to MyKU, student email, student payroll, campus wifi networks, and many other systems.
So that you don't need to remember a dozen different account names and passwords, you're assigned a unique username (e.g. ecart999) to access all campus systems.
About your username and email address
Your unique username is created after you successfully submit your application to attend Kutztown University. A few days later you receive a letter with your initial username and password.
At the same time your username is created, you are also assigned an Office 365 email address. Your email address should be easy to remember because it's simply your username followed by @live.kutztown.edu (e.g. email@example.com).
If you lost the letter indicating your initial username and password, or don't remember your username, please contact the IT Help Center (201 Stratton Administration Center) at 610-683-1511.
About your password
Your initial password is likely not something you can easily remember, so we recommend changing it. You can change your password online at any time by visiting the Student Account Management page.

Logging into campus systems
KU systems require you to log in using either your full email address (e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org) or simply your username (e.g. ecart999). Here's a list of the login method for the main systems on campus:
