How to Send Email to More than
One Person or a Group.
How to Send Carbon Copies (PC or Mac).
How to send an email to more than one person in Outlook:

Open Outlook Express or Outlook.

Click
on the New Message button at the top of the screen.

On
the To: line, enter the address of the individual you want to send the
e-mail to.

Type a comma, then the next recipient. Keep repeating to enter more recipients.
Example:
To: shyoung@kutztown.edu,
baus0038@kutztown.edu

Fill
in the rest of your message and click Send.
How to create a mail Group and send
email to that group:

Click
on the Addressbook icon on the toolbar.

In Outlook Express: click File, New Group. Type in a group
name and use Select Members or type in a name and email address followed
by Add. Click Ok, when done.
In Outlook: click File, New Entry, select New Distribution List,
then OK. Type a name for the list and either click Select Members
or Add New to add email addresses to your list. When done, click
the Save and Close button on the toolbar.

Close your Addressbook.

To
send a message to that group, when creating a new message, type the
group or list name in the To: line.
This will send a copy of your message to everyone you listed in
the group.
How to send Carbon Copies or Blind
Carbon Copies (CC: /BCC)

In a new message, enter a recipient’s name on the TO: line, press Tab
and enter one on the CC: line.

To enter an email address for BCC, click on TO: or CC: for the
addressbook to open. This screen will have the BCC: line.

Find addresses for BCC here and click Ok.
To: - Primary recipients of your
message.
CC: - Carbon copy, for secondary recipients.
BCC: - Blind
carbon copy, for secondary recipients not identified to the other
recipients, including those in the cc list.
