Create a New Folder and Move your Emails to
Reduce your Quota in MAC Mail

1.  Click the Mail icon on the docking bar
2.  Click
Mailbox, New
3.  The New Mailbox window will appear. If the Location field does not
     show “
On My Mac” use the drop-down arrow to change
     the field to that option.
4.  In the Name field, type a name for the Mailbox. Click
OK
5.  Click the triangle to the left of On My Mac to view the new mail box.

*If you cannot see your email folders located at the left of your messages,
  Click
View, Show Mailboxes

Now you are ready to move emails from your KU email folders to the On My Mac Folders to reduce your usage quota.

1.
  Highlight the emails you wish to move
       • To highlight a series of emails, highlight the first email; hold down
          the Shift key and highlight the last email.
       • To highlight specific emails; highlight the first email hold down
          the apple key; and highlight the specific emails you wish to move.

There are two ways to move email messages to the new mailbox on your Mac.
2.  Once your emails are highlighted,
       • Drag the emails to the new mailbox under
On My Mac, or
       • Click
Message, Move to (a view of your email mailboxes
          will appear).
         Click the new mailbox to move your messages.
