Web Access of Email On Your Desktop

On a PC:

To create a Web Access Icon for email on your Desktop:

1. Close all programs except for Internet Explorer.
2. In the Address Field at the top of the screen, type in
   webmail.kutztown.edu   and press Enter.
3. Once the page loads, resize the window so you can see your
   desktop.  Press the resize (or maximize) button in the upper right corner of the window. 
4. To the left of the web address, click and hold with the mouse on the icon that has a white paper with a blue 'e' on it and drag onto your desktop.
5. The new icon should say “iPlanet Messenger Express”
6. You can now double click on that icon and go directly to WebAccess for email.

On a MAC:

To create a Web Access Icon for email on your Desktop:

1. Close all programs except for Internet Explorer.
2. In the Address Field at the top of the screen, type in
   webmail.kutztown.edu   and press Enter.
3. While in Internet Explorer, you should still be able to see part of your desktop to the right of the window.
4. To the left of the web address, click and hold with the mouse on the '@' icon and drag onto your desktop.
5. The new icon should say “iPlanet Messenger Express”
6. You can now double click on that icon and go directly to WebMail.
