Circulation Policies
The library houses many collections which have different policies and procedures due to the nature of the specific collection and the population(s) served.
All students and employees of Kutztown University receive borrowing privileges at the Rohrbach Library. In addition, library cards are issued to all adult citizens of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, who are not registered students or employees of Kutztown University. Patrons need one of two cards to borrow materials from the library, either the Rohrbach Library card, or the Kutztown University Photo ID.
Rohrbach Library Card
