Reference Question Form
E-mail Reference service is intended for questions that can be answered with brief, factual information. If you require more in-depth assistance, please visit us at the Rohrbach Library's main reference desk.
The Rohrbach Library's email reference service is for the students, faculty, and staff of Kutztown University. Others are encouraged to contact their local public library for reference assistance.
Questions submitted Monday through Friday will usually be answered within 24 hours. Questions submitted on Saturday or Sunday may not be answered until the following Tuesday.
Note: For problems logging onto a database off campus, refer to our ID page for clear instructions. Any other questions or problems concerning student ID cards and/or logging on to databases should be directed to the Circulation Desk at 610-683-4480.
