General Databases

Academic Search Premier. Excellent multidisciplinary resource.
Includes 3,000+ titles with almost half in full-text format. Includes a
mix of popular and scholarly titles. Includes a lot of titles in PDF
format.

ProQUEST Periodical Collections. Excellent multidisciplinary resource.
Periodical Abstracts Research II comprises abstracts and indexing for
articles in more than 2,190 periodicals, many in full-text.
- Digital Dissertations. Citations and abstracts for doctoral
dissertations since 1861 and master's theses since 1988. Complete database
available only on campus.

ERIC. Citations and abstracts from over 980 educational-related
journals, as well as full text of more than 2,200 digests from the U.S.
Department of Education Resource Information Center database.
Subject Specific Databases

History Reference Center - History Reference Center is the world's
most comprehensive full text history reference database designed for
secondary schools, public libraries, junior/community colleges, and
undergraduate research. The database features cover-to-cover full text
for more than 750 historical encyclopedias and other non-fiction books,
including award winning titles from many top publishers.

JSTOR - JSTOR offers full-text journal coverage in the social
sciences and humanities. Examples of discipliness covered are: history,
economics, Asian studies, classics, archaeology. African, Latin
American, Slavic, Middle Eastern studies, the literary cultures of many
different countries. The lag time in publication ranges from 3 and 5
years. Updated in an ongoing basis.

Project Muse - Project Muse offers nearly 200 quality journal titles
and covers the fields of literature and criticism, history, the visual
and performing arts, cultural studies, education, political science,
gender studies, economics, and many others. Updated as issues are
published.
