Connect to eReserves
What are eReserves?
In eReserves, you can find materials, such as articles or book chapters, that your professor has put on electronic reserve. You will need either your professor's name or the course number to search the reserves efficiently. You can also search by department.
Instructions for Use
Before you begin: All eReserves are in .PDF format. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print them. This program was probably loaded on your computer at the factory. Currently Ereserves work best with Adobe Reader 7.0 or above. If you need to load or upgrade your version of the Adobe Reader, it is available as a free download at: http://www.adobe.com/downloads
- Go to Electronic Reserves.
- Click on "Electronic Reserves and Reserves Pages".
- On the ERESERVES INDEX screen, enter
- your professor’s last name OR,
- the course prefix (for example: ENG 023) OR
- the course title (for example: English Composition)
- click on SEARCH.
- On the next screen, click on your course.
- Type in the password. Click on ACCEPT.
- On the next screen, click on the title of the reading you want to view.
- Type in the password. Click on VIEW.
- In the “File Name” box, click on the [Title of your article].
- Adobe Acrobat Reader will open and your document will appear on the screen.
