A high demand for services again this Spring has resulted in a need to revise our usual procedures regarding the provision of counseling services for students. As of April 8, every student who calls for an appointment will still be seen for an initial assessment. However, because the demand for services is exceeding the available counseling hours at this time, students may be placed on a waiting list for services and/or given referrals for counseling services in the community. As usual, for emergency assistance during hours when University Counseling Services is closed, please contact Public Safety at 610-683-4001. They will be able to put you in contact with an on-call counselor. We hope to resume our usual practices in the 2008 Fall semester.

Dr. Russell E. Gross, Jr., director, University Counseling Services
