Please join the Educational Talent Search Program in welcoming 80 students from Harrison Morton Middle School and Allen High School on Wednesday, April 16. These students will receive a tour of the university which will include a program in the planetarium and lunch with college students in the South Dining Hall. The opening reception for KU's Senior Exhibition will take place this Saturday, April 12, from 12-4pm at the Goggleworks Center for the Arts in Reading. This exhibit features work in a variety of mediums by more than 150 spring graduates of the communication design, fine arts, and art education and crafts departments. We are saddened to learn of the sudden death of Dr. John McAdams, assistant superintendent for curriculum and instruction for the Allentown School District (ASD). The partnership between ASD and KU was inspired by his kind and gentle spirit for which he will be always remembered. Services will be held at 9 a.m on Saturday, April 12, at the Bachman, Kulik, & Reinsmith Funeral Home. Also, calling hours will be held from 5-8:30 p.m. on Friday, April 11.
