The Human Resource Office will be relocating to the Kemp building beginning Monday, August 18. Because of the volume of files and the reconfiguring/recycling of existing systems furniture the move will take most of the week. Benefits and Payroll staff will be processing payroll in our Stratton Administration Center location but most of our paper records will be boxed and inaccessible. Other staff will be working at temporary locations and will not have phone access. They will have internet capability so e-mail will be the best way to contact us that week.
We will keep the main office number 610-683-1353 up and “manned” however we do expect down time on Friday, August 22 when all of the phone extensions are transferred to Kemp building. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience this will cause at this very busy time of the year but look forward to working with you from our new location We will provide an emergency contact number next week as the move gets into full swing. Thank you in advance for your patience.
Sharon M. Picus, executive director, Department of Human Resources
