 Submission:

All items must be submitted via e-mail to dbrief@kutztown.edu.  The text should appear directly in the body of the e-mail.  Attachments and/or graphics will not be accepted for publication.  University Relations reserves the right to edit an entry to conform to its publishing and editing guidelines.  When submitting announcements for events, please include where and when it is being held, and who to contact for more information.  Hyperlinks to Web sites containing more information are encouraged for inclusion in the announcement.

Submissions must be made from a Kutztown University e-mail address (i.e. no AOL, Yahoo, Hotmail addresses).  Any e-mail from a sender whose address does not include kutztown.edu will be disregarded.

Length of announcements:

The length of Daily Brief submissions is intended to be kept to a minimum.  Announcements of 100 words or less are highly encouraged.  Announcements can contain up to 250 words if the information is essential to the announcement.  All announcements may include hyperlinks to Internet sites for readers to obtain more information.

Running length/duplication of announcements:

Each Daily Brief announcement may appear a maximum of four times, but not more than twice in any one week.  Specific dates need to be requested with the submission; otherwise, the announcement will be run on the first consecutive days available.
