There’s still time to purchase a Facilities Cookbook as a gift for the holidays!  No lines, no traffic jams!  Just stop by the Facilities office between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.!  The cookbook features approximately 200 favorite recipes from facilities employees and proceeds from the sales will be contributed to the Ronald L. Yoder Student Scholarship fund.  Cost per cookbook is $12.  Cash and checks (payable to the KU Foundation) are accepted.  If you have any questions, please call our Work Control Center (Laura Jones) at ext.  3-1594.

Because Jan. 1 is a holiday, pay day this year is moved to Dec. 31. The Payroll Office will be open on Thursday Dec. 31 from 9 - 11 a.m. only for anyone who would like to pick up their pay check at that time. Pay statements will be distributed as normal through campus mail.  Please allow sufficient time for arrival due to no campus mail service during the holiday week. Employees wishing to have their pay check or statement mailed home may provide a self-addressed stamped envelope to our office by today. These will be mailed from the Kutztown post office on Dec. 30.

 

Facilities and Public Safety employees, follow normal distribution procedures. Housing employees may pick up checks in Payroll.

McFarland Student Union- Electrical Shut Down Notice. On Tuesday, Dec. 29 the power feeding all receptacles (outlets) will be down from 8 - 10 a.m. to perform preventive maintenance on the building transformer. Please make sure all PC’s are shut down and do not start any critical work on your PC’s prior to the shut down. Thank you for your cooperation.
