Telephone Upgrades: The university main telephone switch will be upgraded on May 9 from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. Intermittent interruptions of telephone service can be expected between those hours, while the switch is being upgraded. Please contact the IT Help Center at ext. 3-1511 if you have any questions or concerns.

Congratulations to the following students who gave presentations at the 40th Annual Meeting of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania University Biologists on April 18: Sara Anthony, Emily Bellush, Taryn Dick, Ray Grater, Travis Kern, Stephanie Petrucci, Julia Russell, Emily Sheridan, Megan Walcoff, Kelly Weimer, Metthea Yepsen, Courtney Young, Eric Yurvati, and Samantha Zilinski. Students who received awards for their presentations were Sara Anthony and Stephanie Petrucci who received a first place award for their poster, Stephanie Petrucci who received a second place award for her presentation, and Kelley Healey who was awarded a second place award for her poster. Congratulations to all!!

During the week of May 4 - May 8 construction will be occurring at the Old Heat Plant. Due to the nature of the construction, the fuels pumps may be off limits for much of that week. Any official vehicles that needs to fuel from the university’s pumps should be topped off prior to the end of the day on May 1.
