AFSCME Members,  there is one (1) Ball Park picnic area ticket available for the Reading Phillies baseball game, Friday, August 6.   This ticket can be claimed by being the first to call Annette Christman, secretary/treasurer at ext. 3-4353 and making the deposit of $20.


Just a reminder that new blanket purchase orders need to be processed for the new fiscal year as of July 1, for the KU Student Bookstore. They do not roll over from last fiscal year, which ended June 30.  Please call Marlo Rohrbach at 6-4163 with any questions.

Construction Update: Paving work will begin at the Beck Hall loading dock area starting on Wednesday, August 11 through Monday, August 16 (weather permitting). Parking in Lot F5 will not be affected.

Turnitin® Announcement/Outage: There will be a special maintenance window and outage for the Turnitin service on Saturday, September 4 from 1 - 9 p.m.  All Turnitin services may be unavailable for all users during these times. For assignments due during this window, we recommend that instructors change the due date and alert their students.

If you have not done so already, please do a new blanket purchase requisition for the new fiscal year.
This would include any bills that are paid for on a monthly basis using a blanket purchase order. Thank you.

Viewpoints Menu:
Curried tilapia, Latin beans and rice, jasmine rice, summer squash. Soups of the day are cream of tomato and new England clam chowder.

Viewpoints and the Italian Kitchen in the Academic Forum will be closed for the remainder of the summer and will re-open for the fall semester.

The American Grill will be open normal hours from 7:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
