deFrancesco Hall AC Shut Down: Starting today the AC in deFrancesco will be shut down at 5 a.m. in order to make emergency repairs. The AC will be down until noon (building should hold temperatures). Once repairs are completed the AC will be turned back on in the building. Five rooms will not have AC until repairs are made to each individual unit (Rooms 101, 103, 106A, 114 and 115). It is estimated that 2 rooms per day will have AC restored until all rooms are completed.

Copy Center Update:  The online ordering system will be down all day for an upgrade on Tuesday, August 17.  The Copy Center will be open for deliveries and walk up service.

Desire2Learn Faculty Update: Please remember that KU is no longer using Blackboard as it’s learning management system, instead, we have fully transitioned to Desire2Learn (D2L).  As you work on updating and editing your courses please feel free to contact Professor Will Jefferson in the Department of Learning Technologies for questions about D2L training.
