Congratulations to Josh Leiboff, assistant director, University Relations Web Content, and family on the arrival of their new baby girl, Abigail Rose. Abigail was welcomed by her mom, dad and big sister Emily at 11:06 a.m. on Dec. 22. She weighed 7lbs. 12 oz. and measured 20 inches.
