Construction Update: Paving work is scheduled to begin on North Campus starting Wednesday, August 4 through Friday, August 6, weather permitting. Lytle Lane will be closed to all vehicular traffic for a short distance, starting after the Armory entrance gate area and going south towards campus. Access to North Campus buildings and parking lots will be from N. Campus Drive at Lytle Lane adjacent to the ball fields.

KUR TO BROADCAST LIVE FROM MUSIKFEST!  Once again, KUR will be broadcasting live on select days this year from the Lehigh Valley's premier music festival, MusikFest 2010! The tentative broadcast dates will be the afternoons of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, August 9th, 11th, and 13th. KUR technology support specialist, archivist, and DJ Mike McVicar will bring you the sites and sounds of MusikFest while Professional Staff Director Mike Regensburger plays MusikFest acts from back at the studio. More details as we get closer!

Viewpoints Menu: Fish garden style, Thai curried noodles with tofu, rice pilaf, broccoli. Soups of the day are chicken noodle and Manhattan clam chowder.

Next Week's Viewpoints Menu:

 

8/2: Chicken parmesan, cheese lasagna, linguine, herbed zucchini. Soups of the day are tomato and turkey rice.

 

8/3: Spaghetti and meatballs, cheese enchiladas, Santa Fe potatoes, green beans with almonds. Soups of the day are cream of tomato and crabby Swiss.

 

8/4: Tijuana tacos, cheese tortellini, white rice, seasoned corn. Soups of the day are cream of tomato and lentil.

 

8/5: Grilled chicken chili bowl, Cavatappi with zucchini, Yukon gold smashed potatoes, orange spiced carrots. Soups of the day are cream of tomato and broccoli cheddar.

 

8/6: Curried tilapia, Latin beans and rice, jasmine rice, summer squash. Soups of the day are cream of tomato and new England clam chowder.
