Women's History Month quote for the day:
"The young women of today, free to study, to speak, to write, to choose their occupation, should remember that every inch of this freedom was bought for them at a great price. It is for them to show their gratitude by helping onward the reforms of their own times, by spreading the light of freedom and of truth still wider. The debt that each generation owes to the past it must pay to the future." - Abigail Duniway

The semester is winding down, and things are getting a little crazy for a lot of us, but let's not forget to take time for some of the finer things in life, like wonderful art! The Student Union Art Gallery is currently showing "Prints from the Permanent Collection," an exhibit highlighting some of the fine works of art owned by the McFarland Student Union. They've been moved from their normal home in the 3rd floor conference room hallway to have 2 weeks in the spotlight in the Gallery. The prints on display are all by former KU students. There will not be an opening reception for the exhibit, but please stop by the gallery and leave some comments in the guestbook.
