Beginning on Tuesday, Aug. 23, iService Desk will no longer require a username and password for access. You may recall that Facilities instituted a password on this system last fall while we worked to make this system available to residence hall students. We are happy to report that the implementation was successful. All residence hall occupants can now use iService Desk directly to report their maintenance needs. We appreciate your patience over the last academic year as we strived to implement this service for our students. iService Desk can be accessed at http://tmatalk.kutztown.edu/. Please report any issues with iService Desk to the Facilities Work Control Center at x3-1594. Kim Rhode, director, Facilities Business and Campus Services The Opening Day gathering will be held on Monday, Aug. 29, in Schaeffer Auditorium. Please remember that college, division and department meetings scheduled for this day are held at the discretion of the appropriate leadership. The Freshman Convocation Ceremony is on Sunday, Aug. 28, from 4:15 - 5 p.m. in Keystone Arena. This is a powerful event that allows us to introduce freshmen formally into academic life at K.U.
